My aim is to move your leadership beyond sustainability to one that is regenerative, both for you and for the community you serve. Regenerative leadership is the necessary contribution that has the potential to ensure a thriving planetary future for all. Together we can move from living in an economic-growth culture to a regenerative culture.
Through my online and in-person programs and integrative ecosocial design & consultancy I provide you with the tools and knowledge for regenerative living and leading. You will learn to think and design in whole systems and apply this in your leadership and your life.
I will champion you to take actions that create benefits for yourself, your family, your community and your organization, while having a positive impact on those around you. Together we’re going to create an abundant, regenerative culture.
I work from the perspective that we are all connected and that through collaboration and co-creation we can make win-wins for everyone involved – humans and nature. Now’s the time to start.
We’ve accomplished so much since we’ve been in existence and for the past two hundred years we’ve been involved in an amazing human experiment fueled primarily by our zest for exploration, expansion and non-renewable energy sources.
Recently, an increasing number of us are realizing that while we’ve accomplished so much we’re doing it at the expense of others, ourselves and future generations. This is why I’m focused on leadership. It’s time for us to learn the skills of a leadership that really benefits everyone.
We don’t have to look too hard to see that we need a course correction. I know that economically, socially and ecologically we have the capacity to do much better. With a slight shift in focus together we can set the course for a thriving planetary future.
I have a sense of urgency because while we’ve been focusing on winning from our own personal and human perspectives, we’ve been creating the conditions for nature to peak and collapse. Why does this matter? It matters because nature’s systems are in fact our human life-support systems. What makes food possible? Where does our water come from? Without them there won’t be much of a future for the next generations of any species on Earth, including us humans.
While for some this may seem like a state of emergency, I like to think of it as a state of emerging – from a one way of doing things that evolved over a long time, to one that is even better. Together we can consciously co-design and co-create this emerging future.
Focusing on what’s possible is exciting and engaging to me. Join me in creating a thriving, regenerative future, one that will be enjoyed by many generations to come.
